We want to buy another house so we get to work with her again! Heidi is a grinder! There was a 3 hour time difference when we were looking for homes. Heidi would always respond to us if she was able to. she was flexible and accommodating. She told us the truth and we felt like she had our best interest at heart. Heidi was always available, which was important to me and my busy work schedule. Heidi was also an invaluable resource about the area, since I was purchasing from an area outside of Findlay. She recommended services that were necessary and even met with the roofers when I couldn't be there! She guided me through arranging utility transfers and set me up with a great title company. She promptly answered my texts and took me on virtual tours (using her cell phone) through houses. She was very honest and really advocated for me with other realtors.
